January 26th saw the first of our 2 AGMs for this year, covering the 12 months to 31 October 2022.
Thanks to everyone who attended our January AGM online we really appreciate your continued support. We know not everyone could make it and if you’d like to read our annual report you can find it here.
At the moment our financial year end is 31 October meaning our annual report is completed between November and January in time for the AGM at the end of March. This coincides with our busiest time of the year in the foodbank. The trustees have therefore decided to ease this unnecessary pressure and move the financial year end to 31 March, with the AGM being held during May. As a one-off this year we will hold two AGMs to take this into account. The second will take place in May/June 2023 and will cover a 17-month period from 1 November 2021 to 31 March 2023.
