Meet the staff who are supporting local people in hardship and working to end the need for food banks, alongside an amazing team of 80+ volunteers.

Desert Island dish?
Breakfast is definitely my favourite meal of the day so pimped up porridge or a quick overnight oats.
Favourite simple recipe?
Jamie Oliver’s Harissa Squash Salad – I love this recipe because almost everything can be subbed. I use a bag of frozen squash cooked from frozen and reduce the cooking time to about 20 minutes. Spinach or rocket can replace the salad leaves, sub the mozzarella for feta and chuck in any nuts or seeds you have in your store cupboard. Simple!
Favourite Cooking Soundtrack?
This is a hard one but I’m going to go for Abba greatest hits. Who doesn’t love a bit of Abba?!

Can’t beat some homemade chilli – great with rice, on nachos or on a baked potato!

Pulled pork in the slow cooker, so easy and not much ‘cooking’ required.

Love a good old 90’s playlist with a mix of pop, RNB and house.
