Harvest is a time when we celebrate our land and give thanks for its produce. But we believe Harvest has come to have a wider meaning, one that extends beyond crops and fields. Our supporters have shown us, year in and year out, that Harvest also means sharing: giving whatever extra you can to your community.
Why donating at Harvest is so helpful?
For many of us, Harvest also marks the changing of the seasons. As we move into Autumn, things get colder, we start thinking about making soup again, maybe even turning on the heating. But for some in our community this change brings anxiety, as bills increase and the battle to stay warm begins. Foodbank donations help us support those who need it most, providing parcels filled with food essentials.
If you'd like to make your own Harvest collection for the Foodbank why not check out our resources below.
