Anither Blaw!

What an evening at Fringe By The Sea! Sounds of Scotland: Anither Blaw organised by North Berwick Pipe Band brought together the pipe band and special guests including local Scottish traditional music band Fidra Collective, dancers from the award winning Dunedin Dance Academy, and the East Lothian Smallpipes amongst others. 

The name says it all. High winds forced the event to be postponed in 2025. This was the second chance and it delivered. Pipes and drums, fleet-footed dancers, soulful singers, old favourites and new tunes all showcasing the diversity and vibrancy of Scotland's musical heritage  The North Berwick Pipe Band who we've been lucky to count as supporters for many years, once again showed exactly what they're made of.

Everyone who came along that evening helped raise an incredible £1,161 for East Lothian Foodbank  going directly to local people and families facing some of their hardest times.

To the musicians, the dancers, the singers and everyone who bought a ticket and cheered them on - thank you.
