Ross' Phone Box Campaign

Community

In East Linton something special has happened, photographer Ross Chainey has transformed the high street's iconic red phone box into a little corner of community joy.

Ross encouraged passers-by to help themselves to postcards featuring Ross' beautiful photos of East Linton and its surroundings. Next to the scenic postcards was a guest book in which phone box visitors could write your own message, a great way of creating some community connection!

Ross kindly set up a QR code for us if visitors wished to donate in return for the lovely postcards. We are so thankful when our supports go above and beyond to support us, and they never fail to think of imaginative ways to raise funds or boost donations!

The phone box campaign has raised £379.83 in total and for that we thank all the generous passers-by and of course Ross himself for setting it up.

Every penny goes directly to supporting people in our community who need it most.
